CVE-2026-79860
Buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in an underlying service of AOS-8 that could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by sending specially crafted packets destined to the PAPI (Aruba's access point management protocol) UDP port 8211.
Does this matter?
High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (0.74%). Schedule it in the normal patch cycle and watch for a rise in EPSS or a public exploit.
Description
