CVE-2026-3039
BIND servers that are configured to use TKEY-based authentication via GSS-API tokens are vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when receiving and processing maliciously-constructed packets.
Does this matter?
High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (1.05%). Schedule it in the normal patch cycle and watch for a rise in EPSS or a public exploit.
