pypdftk through 0.5 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in fill_form(), dump_data_fields(), and pdftk_cmd_util() that builds shell commands from caller-supplied paths.
Does this matter?
High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (2.69%). Schedule it in the normal patch cycle and watch for a rise in EPSS or a public exploit.
