KEVMEDIUM 4.6EPSS 4.93%

Does this matter?

Known to be exploited in the wild (CISA KEV, CISA remediation deadline 4 November 2025). Treat as an emergency change: patch or isolate now, then hunt for prior compromise.

Description

In IGEL OS before 11, Secure Boot can be bypassed because the igel-flash-driver module improperly verifies a cryptographic signature. Ultimately, a crafted root filesystem can be mounted from an unverified SquashFS image.
