CVE-2023-5679
A bad interaction between DNS64 and serve-stale may cause `named` to crash with an assertion failure during recursive resolution, when both of these features are enabled.
Does this matter?
High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (1.24%). Schedule it in the normal patch cycle and watch for a rise in EPSS or a public exploit.
