HIGH 7.5EPSS 1.40%

Does this matter?

High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (1.40%). Schedule it in the normal patch cycle and watch for a rise in EPSS or a public exploit.

Description

It was discovered that the XML::Atom Perl module before version 0.39 did not disable external entities when parsing XML from potentially untrusted sources. This may allow attackers to gain read access to otherwise protected resources, depending on how the library is used.
