We run an open community channel on our own Matrix server. Analysts, testers and clients drop in; questions about the SOC, testing, Cyber Essentials or something you have seen in the wild are all welcome. No account needed to join from here.
- Public channel: read by anyone, kept for the record. Keep anything confidential for the form or the phone.
- Staffed during UK office hours; outside them another member will usually answer, or leave the question and we will pick it up.
- Prefer your own client? Element, FluffyChat or Cinny will open the address on the right — you need an account on comms.cyber-defence.io, as the server does not federate.
