Prior to 3.2.1, RestoreAction::getRestoreMessage() in src/RestoreAction.php builds ArchiveAdmin restore notifications rendered as CAST_HTML and inserts $restoredItem->Title, $restoredItem->URLSegment, $restoredItem->CMSEditLink(), and $changedProperty['value'] without applying Convert::raw2xml().
