A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the WebFTP mode allows a remote attacker to inject malicious JavaScript code in ASG/ProxySG's web listing of a remote FTP server. Exploiting the vulnerability requires the attacker to be able to upload crafted files to the remote FTP server. Affected versions: ASG 6.6 and 6.7 prior to 6.7.4.2; ProxySG 6.5 prior to 6.5.10.15, 6.6, and 6.7 prior to 6.7.4.2.","published":"2019-08-30T09:15:17.000Z","lastModified":"2026-06-17T01:47:06.000Z","status":"Modified","sourceIdentifier":"secure@symantec.com","cvss":{"version":"3.0","score":6.1,"severity":"MEDIUM","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N"},"cwe":["CWE-79"],"affected":["broadcom/advanced secure gateway","broadcom/symantec proxysg"],"epss":{"score":0.00772,"percentile":0.55481,"date":"2026-10-27","history":[]},"kev":{"listed":false},"exploits":{"count":0,"verified":false,"firstPublished":null,"source":"Exploit-DB (https://gitlab.com/exploit-database/exploitdb)","entries":[]},"verdict":{"level":"low","text":"Lower severity and a low EPSS score (0.77%).
