This fallback is used for languages that do not yet have a translated version of the created node. This can result in an access bypass vulnerability. This issue is mitigated by the fact that it only applies to sites that a) use the Content Translation module; and b) use a node access module such as Domain Access which implement hook_node_access_records().","published":"2018-03-01T23:29:00.000Z","lastModified":"2026-06-17T01:23:21.000Z","status":"Modified","sourceIdentifier":"mlhess@drupal.org","cvss":{"version":"3.0","score":8.1,"severity":"HIGH","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H"},"cwe":[],"affected":["drupal/drupal"],"epss":{"score":0.01286,"percentile":0.69995,"date":"2026-10-27","history":[]},"kev":{"listed":false},"exploits":{"count":0,"verified":false,"firstPublished":null,"source":"Exploit-DB (https://gitlab.com/exploit-database/exploitdb)","entries":[]},"verdict":{"level":"high","text":"High impact if exploited, but EPSS currently rates exploitation as unlikely (1.29%).
